APRESENTAÇÃO
INDICAÇÃO
Tratamento de herpes simples genital ou labial (HSV) e encefalite.
AÇÃO FARMACOLÓGICA
Inibe a síntese de DNA e replicação viral.
EFEITOS ADVERSOS
Insuficiência renal, infundir pelo menos por 1 hora para reduzir risco de danos nos túbulos renais.
Síndrome hemolítico- urêmica foi reportada em pacientes imunodeprimidos recebendo aciclovir.
